Below are some of the most frequently asked questions that we get, which should answer your immediate ones.

OK. I have more than one website, can you provide support for those too?

Absolutely, but you will need to have a separate plan for each site.

However, if you have over 10 sites that you would like us to support send us all the details using the contact form here with all the details and we will provide you with a custom quotation.

Are there any contracts to sign?

No. We do not believe in boring long 12 month contracts or any lock ins. There are no contracts involved, you can cancel at anytime.

You are in total control. We even give you 14 days free to test the service.

How do I submit a cancellation notice?

Really? We will be very sad to see you go. We work hard each month to provide you with the best service possible.

However, if you would like to cancel simply send us a Cancellation Request and we will process your cancellation and inform you when this has been completed.

There will be no hard ball questions to try and retain you as a subscriber.

But, if you would like to tell us why you are leaving it will help us to improve the service, which is our prime objective.

How do I pay for my plan?

Simply pay by credit or debit card. We accept all the major cards. The payment processor that we use is called Stripe which is one of the most secure payment processors in the World.

Your card will be billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis until you either cancel your plan or change your plan.

​Do you use PayPal?

Sorry, PayPal is currently not an option.​

Does your service work with every web host?

Our service works with most web hosting companies. We will endeavor to work with your web host. However, if for any reason there are issues that we are unable to resolve we will provide you with a full, no questions asked refund.

I have a multi-site WordPress installation. Will this be covered by your plans?

Unfortunately our plans only cover one WordPress site.

However, we can provide support for your other WordPress sites in your multi-site installation simply by subscribing to additional plans.

What is not included?

Support for customized themes, plugins, membership management, repairing of customized themes and plugins such as WooCommerce.

You will need to contact the developer. Content edits are not included.

What about my customized theme or plugins?

As part of our service we will update the themes and plugins on your WordPress installation as and when they become available.

In the unfortunate event the website breaks after an update, we will rollback to the previous version.

You will then be required to contact the developer of the theme or plugin to update to a version compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

What happens if an update breaks my site?

We will roll your site back to the previous version. You will need to contact the person who customized your theme or plugin to resolve any further issues.​

Where are the backups stored?

All the backups are stored in two secure off-site locations​ so that even we are covered in the eventuality there is a failure in the storage facility. One of the secure locations is Amazon S3.

​Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes of course, there is a full no questions asked money back guarantee. Just let us know within the first 30 days of subscribing.

Do you offer hosting?

We offer hosting in our Saracen Plan. If you have subscribed to the Samurai or Ninja plans we recommend the best and more importantly fastest WordPress hosting solution here.
